Simulation Contact Type Options missing (Sliding and Separation)

When trying to change the contact type, there is only two options: bonded and offset bonded. How do I enable the other options such as Separation and Sliding? I am not able to find them anywhere.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Hi, thanks for offering to assist.

Please find the file attached. I saw the various contact options in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcUF92XDenQ. Also, I first selected the automatic option but then afterwards I cannot remove/delete a contact.

I am using the simulation for the first time so apologies for stupid questions.
