@orginalprattaysarkar Can you please add some more details?

1. is Fusion launched and when you click on sign in, is the browser not opening?

2. Is there any errors that come up and if so can you post an image?

@orginalprattaysarkar Ok. Thank you for that information. There are a series of things we can look into see what the problem could be. We first need your log files

1. Go to add/remove programs - select Fusion 360 - click on change/modify
2. This will launch the Fusion 360 service utility
3. In here run the gather system info
4. There will be two zip files generated. Please attach the diagnostic logs.zip file in here

(once you do this can you change your default browser to some other browser and see if that helps? It would be good to also know what is your default browser). This is likely some permissions that is blocking the launch of the browser but the logs will help give more information.

@orginalprattaysarkar Thanks for the logs.

1.Can you please close Fusion 360
2. Go to this article - https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/tsarticles/ts/7zbgTemIhA3ltRs4eACL0g.html
3. Update based on the article
4. Now launch Fusion 360

Does this help?

Also do you have any other Autodesk products?

@orginalprattaysarkar Ok. Looking further into this.

meanwhile:

1. If you launch AutoCAD and sign in and then launch Fusion 360 what happens? Does the single sign on kick in? (Should allow you to launch Fusion automatically)

2. If you changed your default browser and then try to launch Fusion and sign in, does that help? What is your default browser?

3. In your task manager do you have WEbView2 running? If so can you close it and try Fusion 360 again?

@orginalprattaysarkar So right now both Fusion and AutoCAD cannot be logged in as I read.

1. After installing the package that I sent you a link, did you restart your machine? if not can you please close Fusion and AutoCAD and restart your machine?

2. It certainly looks like the version of single sign on is causing this problem. Can you please go to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AdskIdentityManager\1.9.18.0/AdskIdentityManager.exe and see if you are able to launch the ex?

@orginalprattaysarkar Ok. This is the problem then. The Autodesk Identity Manager needs to be able to launch.

1. When you are running the exe what error do you get?

2. Go in to this forum post - https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/sign-in-via-browser-on-fusion-360-doesn-t-open-bro...

There is a post this will take you to a "Run as administrator" that needs to be unchecked. Can you please try that solution?
