I cannot sign in to my account on fusion 360 and keep getting sign in failure error. The error pops up after 2 step verification. I have tried everything I can find on the internet. I don't use any proxy, I don't have any antivirus, even Windows defender is off. My windows firewall is set to off. My time and time zone is set to automatic, and clock is properly synced with internet. I can also log in to this link https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/all_projects/active without any problem.

I have the same problem as the users above. I am using a student account I have downloaded fusion multiple times but it I'm still having problem signing in and it's not reflecting on my Autodesk account that I have downloaded fusion but when I pick download it says that I already have it installed and I have tried the solution you gave but the xml file isn't working . I really need help please

This post should probably be archived, because the original problem is probably not what you are facing.

 

Try the Fusion Service Utility, use the Repair option. Does that help?

 

Have you tried reaching out for support, or using the chat agent? https://www.autodesk.com/education/support

 

Also, if none of this helps, I need to see the error messages you are getting when trying to sign in.
