Sign in Failure

Hi, I got this issue since last week. I have tried uninstalling and installing again, I have checked of my time settings are correct and synced. But the error is still there.Screenshot 2024-06-10 173257.png

Can you please try the below? 

  1. Close Fusion
  2. Go to  C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Identity Services\idservices.db

Can you delete the idervices.db file and then restart Fusion?

I dont seem to have that folder, I do also have cfd 2024 don't know if that changes folders at all?

@2202919akker hmmmm. wonder why the folder is not even in there. Can you try this? 

Go to this page and download the Identiy installer on this page. Now restart your machine and start Fusion again.

That didnt work either.

I did however uninstall everything I had from autodesk so fusion, cfd and the manager. Deleted every file(moved all the files I needed the my one drive) with autodesk in it and that seemed to have worked. I have not gotten the error signing in just now. 

 

So it seemed (another) reinstall did the trick, thank you @RajkumarIlanchelian for trying to help!

edit: I now also have that folder you mentioned before, so might have been a faulty install or something?

@2202919akker Glad it is all working now. Sorry could not figure out what exactly caused the issue in the first place.
