Shell fails with small change to model shape

I'm doing a loft between two profiles.  I have splines an guide rails.    After the loft I shell the body.  This works fine depending on the shape of the spline.  I only have to make a small change in the spline and the shell fails.  Attached is a screen shot of the splines and bodies.  If I change the spline dimension noted by red arrow from 1.7 to 1.6, then the subsequent shell command fails.  Any idea why this is?  The difference of the spline shape is pretty minor.  I uploaded the f3d file.  The component is "SawStop Dust Port", sketch is "Rails"

Can you Edit the Attached file without failure?

Yes, your file works fine for me.  It's seem pretty similar to mine.  Do you know why yours works and mine doesn't?

When possible - Loft between bodies rather than sketch profiles - you get more options.
