Shell Command Not Working

I am trying to use shell command on this figure and it is throwing me errors. The measurements are very finite, is that why? Please help. The shell should go through all the way creating a wall of 0.1mm

There are four bodies in the design. Which one doesn;'t shell?

Body 2 shells fine.

Combining is not necessary if the “Join” option is selected beforehand instead of “New Body”!
