Shared Public link does not work

 This is driving me insane! I generate a Public link from the Data Panel:

Copy the link but the recipient cannot view it:

Why is this being so problematic? Is it a Team thing?

When i copy-paste the hyperlink you have provided i can see below long URL

The one above highlighted in red is causing problem.

I was not able to see any any issues on my machine when i share link.

A screencast/video of what you are doing will help me to understand the problem.

Right, this is still causing problems. I cannot share a link to any design in my team. It means my colleagues are having to create Fusion accounts and learn how to use Fusion themselves just to get models that should be easily shareable. 

I can't even access my own files when following the supposedly public link!

What is going wrong?

Screencast, doesn't show you anything the screengrabs in the first post doesn't mind. Single user storage is sharing, but not anything from Team.

2. is the admin level sharing setting turned ON?
