Shape ideas

I'm looking to create a shape which is basically a one inch diameter cylinder by two inches tall. The base of the cylinder needs to gradually flute outwards about an eighth of an inch  away from the vertical face much the way a wine glass stem transitions into its base.

Another way to visualize it is a 12 gauge shotgun shell. I'd like to have the brass ringed edge that holds the shell in the barrel fluted, kind of like a fillet surface.

Works for me. I kind of guessed that the shape would come about as a result of the revolve tool. This should do it. Thanks for the screen cast.
