Settings changed when starting up this morning dont know what happened

I was starting my course this morning and I made: 

New Component

Than pressed R and for some reason i Dont get the normal view anymore but it it shows as in the following screenshot:

The left side is the course and how it used to be when I used R and now it is like the right picture what to do about this? Hope to help this be solved soon so i can keep learning.

Just uncheck 3 D sketch option
