Setting pivot in Edit Form sets the pivot off to the side instead of the selected location

When attempting to set pivot on my T-Spline,
only in the most recent version of the file.

The bug still occurs on the exported f3d file, and it occurs with any form created in it.
Bug still occurs after restarting fusion, restarting PC.

Offset appears to be consistently around -1.16mm X and -5.9mm Y

The issue was a Non-Captured Position I am a moron.

This still does make it a bug with component position not accurately tracking in Form.
