Hi @toretto_88 and @giuseppeKWMVM ,
I am a developer on the Fusion team and want to give some insight into the technical reason for the issue that was experienced here. We have been working through a project that involves changing the underlying technology we use to transfer files between your local Fusion installation and our cloud services. Our end goal is to move to an Amazon S3-based service. This new service has been in development for a while now, and internally weāve been using it exclusively for the last few months. We felt it was ready to go live and began rolling it out over the weekend. But as this thread shows, there was a hiccup, and small subset of users encountered security-related errors with the Amazon S3 links we were generating for file transfers.
Apologies for any inconvenience this caused-- the feature was disabled as soon as we recognized there was a problem. We have a fix in place, but before we attempt enabling the feature again, Iād like to coordinate with those of you who were affected by the problem. I can enable the feature for your individual account at a time that works well for you and give you the opportunity to try it out, and to make sure your Fusion experience it not negatively impacted. This feedback will greatly help us ensure a smooth rollout of this feature in the future.
If youād like to participate, or have any questions, you can reply to me here on the forum, or directly at joe.wright@autodesk.com.
Thanks,
Joe
