Select Pattern For Extrusion From Circular Pattern Tool?

How can I select all these triangles that were created around the edge of this circle from the circular pattern tool?

Is that a Circular Pattern created within a sketch?

You would probably be better off extruding one cut and then circular pattern it in the model.  If you want to keep the pattern in the sketch, you could maybe use a window selection to get them all.  Attach your model to be sure this is possible.

The model exceeds the size limit for upload.

I did find that if I delete the outer circle that the triangles are using as one of the "legs" (for the outside), then make a slightly larger circle that extends past the original circle. I can select that new circle which will pickup the triangle cut outs as well.
