Section view dimensions are not matching parent dimensions

As the title says... The section view dimensions for the bore diameters are not matching the model or the parent view dimensions. I have recreated the part thinking I had made a mistake but same result. Normally I would work around (my mistakes) by selecting dimension properties and setting to 0., but in this case I'm wanting to add a tolerance for the 47 H9 bore. If I set properties to 0 then I can't add .xxx tolerances. lol

Thanks in advance for your help.

Please attach your MODEL only, the Forum users can make the drawing to check. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

As I guessed, you accidentally missed the center of the gear with your section line.  Go back to your drawing and place a Center Mark on the bore, you will see it does not match the Section Line location.  When you place the Section Line, hover over the center of the bore until you see the light green circle, move out to where you want to place the section arrow carefully making sure the light green line is always visible.

Edit: My Section Arrow is going the opposite way as I am using an ASME template with metric dimensions.

Thanks for the help. Your YT videos have been very helpful, and your voice is so soothing when I'm frustrated with an F360 problem. 😊
