when useing the search function within fusion360 i get this message

MESSAGE_SERVER_ERROR - Sorry. The operation you requested couldn't be performed.

it only happens with certain words, if i search the word box, i get results, but if i search most other words i get the error. i have hundreds of client folders and this search function is often the only way i can find a part.

i have tried the 2 solutions most people suggest, i have cleared the cache from the help section at the top right corner of the program, and I have done this manual reset found here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-t...

the instructions in this manual reset suggest renaming a file that does not exist in my folder (i have hidden files enabled) i have also tried deleting the entire fusion360 folder within local data and reloading the program which did not work either.

i am unable to work on job that came in as i would have to manually look through hundreds of client folders to find a specific part, instead of a 10 second search.

why is the search function so complicated? why can it not just search the list within the program? why does it need to rely on a server for such a basic function? we pay for the professional version of this software and the search function cannot even operate properly.
