search bar isnt working.

why is my fusion 360 search bar not working for the past few months. all i get is server error. I have tried it all even redownloaded the program but still its not working. it works on chrome when i loggin but not on the program it self.

I have following suggestions may resolve the issue:

• Restart Fusion 360 application.
• Update the Fusion 360 to the latest version (2.0.13619)
  "How to check which version of Fusion 360 is being used".
• Address network connectivity issues that may be interfering: Troubleshooting Network Connectivity Issues for Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Check and Install pending updates for your operating system.
• Clear the local user cache "How to clear the local user cache in Fusion 360 ".
• Perform a clean uninstall and re-install of Fusion 360 "How to uninstall Fusion 360 using the Fusion 360 Service Utility"
• If the files are stored in Single User Storage, transfer them to Team hub. How to transfer Fusion 360 projects from Single User Storage to a Fusion Team Hub
