Search and Refresh not clickable in the Data Panel

The Search and Refresh buttons don't react in the Data Panel. Then when I restart Fusion, they work again. Then after some time when I have had Fusion open they stop reacting again. Am I doing something wrong?

I also had a lot of projects missing from my folders, which reappeared when I restarted Fusion. I really got scared for a moment that I had lost some of my work.

Edit: Even restarting Fusion does not help now, and I can't access some of my projects. It just shows the spinning image over the project, and it does not open. My network is working, and I just had that specific project opened two hours ago, so it should be cached anyway.

Edit 2: I went to offline mode and I and was then able to open it.

Thanks for sharing feedback.

If you are still facing this issue can you please share your diagnostic log files to help our team diagnose this issue further?

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-find-and-sh...

Also please check if you are able to open/view these projects from "Open" dialog.

This happened again now. It also shows "Content last refreshed: Never", which is not true.

Opening a file via the "Open..." dialog works.

I collected the diagnostics. How do I deliver it to the Fusion team?

Edit: Going to offline and then directly back online resolved the issue.

Same issue as OP.

Fusion kept crashing over and over again (I need to get some work done).

Eventually the file I needed to work on wasn't openable because it had a blue spinning loading wheel and the search/refresh buttons where greyed out.

Luckily restarting Fusion fixed the issue.

Until restarting won't like with OP and I won't be able to get any work done.

So hopefully we hire some bug testers instead of relying on unpaid hobbyists. And also stop rushing every new feature out. I pay to use this software not twiddle my thumbs while I pray it'll work

I know how to attach files here in the forum discussions, but I don't want to upload diagnostics files for everybody to read without knowing what they contain, and I don't want to use time to investigate what they contain.

Same issue here. Sometimes, search and refresh work after a restart of Fusion, but oftentimes, the data panel is unusable!

Thank you. Going Offline Mode and then back also fixed for me. Restarting software and computer didn't help and I was going insane.

This would happen intermittently the past 6 years but only got bad a week or two ago. I don't think restarting Fusion would help. Just toggled offline mode and that's fixed it so far. Logs attached.

Well that didn't last long. Can't open a file I just uploaded because the refresh button is greyed out

Switching online mode works but then I just get this:

Same here. Switching to offline and back to online makes it work.
