Sculpt tool missing both w/ and w/o time line enabled

i have been trying to use the sculp tool for a model i opened and it is nowhere to be found.  i have tried with and with out the time line enabled.  also, tried with a new project.  the design dropdown never changes.  i have spend hours looking at the forum and youtube but nothing seems to help.  i have the free hobbiest version.

Main window, select Create in that menu item 3.

The term Sculpt was replaced by Form

Are you sure that you have Capture Design History turned on?

If you start a new file - do you still not see Form?

Are you on a school lab computer???
Given the missing Emboss - I wonder if you are latest release?

i have tried it both with and without history turned on/off.  i am trying to update the software now.  don't think i have a current version.

not school lab, home (personal not commercial) license.

i am a rookie trying to get going on some projects!!
