Scrolling while dragging timeline marker leads to unexpected behaviour. Bug ?

Hi,

I'm having an issue where if I try to drag the timeline history marker towards the left and at the same time use the scroll wheel to scroll the timeline "back in time" the marker disappears and jumps back to where it was before I started dragging it. The same behavior does not occur when scrolling in the other direction. This is driving me nuts since I have a rather complex design and move back and forth quite a lot. Does anyone else have this problem ?

Simplified :

1. Click and hold on the timeline marker on a project with a long timeline

2. use the scroll wheel to scroll to the left in the timeline.

3. When you have scrolled far enough (usually so that the original starting position of the marker is outside the viewed area) the mouse pointer will loose its grip of the marker and the marker will jump back to the position where you first grabbed it.

4. Some of the icons remain grayed out when they are still active

5. This only happens when scrolling to the left, not right

we can look into this.  However, an easier (IMO) workflow that I use is to just scroll to the feature I want to roll back to, right click and choose "roll history marker here"

then, you don't have to try to manage dragging and scrolling at the same time
