scroll wheel zoom disabled in features?

So a few months back i noticed i'm no longer able to use my scroll wheel to zoom when doing certain activities. One of the more obvious and annoying is that when i'm extruding a part, i can't zoom in or out with the scroll wheel. This makes it really hard to set the extrude distance to an object since i can't see the object if i'm zoomed in selecting my profile. I can however still hold the wheel down and swivel.

Is this a known problem?

I do not see this problem.  Zoom with the scroll wheel works as it always had for me during Extrude.  I hate to even suggest the obvious, but have you tried restarting Fusion?
