Screen Shot with Browser

Found screen shot under "Share" which is ok. But I really wanted to include the Browser as well.

When I move off of Fusion to another app for taking a screen picture the Browser disappears - nuts 😞

Am is missing something, or might this be a new feature?

Hi @2herds

Thanks for posting! Unfortunately there is not a command to capture a screenshot in Fusion including the program UI. This would be a good addition to the Fusion 360 Ideastation

One way to work around this on the Mac is to use the CMD+SHIFT+4 keyboard shortcut to take a screenshot that will be saved to your local computer.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

Well I thought it would be fine, until I tried “command+shift+4” and all I got was some coordinates on the screen.
Maybe a MacBook Pro is different. I will google screen shot for mac and see what comes up.

Thanks,

Hi @2herds

Thanks for posting! The coordinates sound like they are working as intended - you draw a rectangle of the area you wish to screenshot. This information may help - let me know if you have any questions.

Just took a shot of your email and it worked, Fusion is off right now, but it should also work.
I had to hold down the 3 keys, then the click-bar (whatever it’s name is) while using the track pad. It took 2 of us, but it worked.
Thanks, Tom
