scan file . in alias . rhino . solidworks . file is the original 1/1 size . why in fusion is 1/10

a check i preference my unit is MM . my original file is in mm 

in every program when i load the stl file is 1/1 . fusion always 1/10   

so i try to scale down . but i can only scale up . but not down . 

please any one can help .

I keep the imported mesh as a mesh and showed you how to scale it down in the Screencast.
