Scaling up - Architecture Cad drawing - Scale up bodies to exact size

Hi 

I’m having issues on how to calculate the required numbers to input when scaling up a collection of bodies. The bodies have been created from an Auto cad drawing for an architectural project.

I require the exact measurements for the technical drawings to be produced. 

I can expand on the issues if this is a little vague?

It would probably be useful to have the original *.dwg file too.
