Scale entire sketch at first dimension BUG.

I noticed if the first dimension is a diameter dimension the scale fails. Doesn't matter if you use a centre line or pick diameter dimension from the right click menu. Screencast shows the problem.

The bug has been fixed, and should make its way to an update soon
