I'm in a file with multiple other files derived into it i updates around four files and then i go to update them in the file with everything in it and instead of saying "you have 4 components out of date" it just says "0 component is out of date" I'm just thinking that a weird bug or whatever so i go to update the file and it just give me an error saying "Error: Could not download latest referenced files" and now i cant update the files i haven't deleted or changed the names of any of the files all i did was update them

Can you share a link to your A360 top level file with the forum?  This would really help determine what is going on.  To do this open up your web database, right click on the top level file name and select Share from the context menu.  Make sure you check to allow download.  Then you can attach your share link here.
