@Florian__

Sorry to see that you're facing this problem. This looks like a bug and is not expected.

As a workaround please try the below steps:

  1. Open the document
  2. Wait for some time (~1 min)
  3. Close document
  4. Reopen document

These steps will correct the cache and hopefully will solve the problem that you are facing.

Another thing to try out if the above workaround doesn't work for you -

  1. Close Fusion 360.
  2. Go to the local cache folder on the local drive:
    • Windows OS: C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login
    • macOS: Macintosh HD > Users > *** > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Autodesk Fusion 360 > *** > W.Login
  3. Rename the F folder into _F to create a backup of the local cache.
  4. Open the Fusion 360 project with the affected document(s).
  5. Click on the gear icon in the Data Panel.
  6. Select "Cache this project".
  7. Wait for the project files to be added to the local cache.
  8. Retry the workflow.

We are looking into the core issue, but the workaround could allow you to continue working in the meantime. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.

Rushikesh Kadam.

After trying the first solution this happened after reopening the project. Maybe it can help to find the solution.
