Saving not working

Hi

 

I have an issue that saving doesn't work. When I hit the Save icon, the save window opens and I can enter a Name, but when I hit the arrow to change Location, nothing happens. When I hit the Save button, it changes to a slihgtly darker color, but nothing more happens. It's not saved and the window does not close. If I hit Cancel the Save window closes.

I also tried to open a file from my computer. The Open window opens but when I hit the "Open from my computer" button, nothing happens.

I have a design that I struggled with that now won't save. 

Advice please?

Does this happen with only the one design, or does it happen with all designs?

 

This doesn't sound like anything being reported by anyone else. It may be a local machine problem.

 

Can you save the file without picking a new location and then move it later? Try that.

 

Then try restarting your computer, restarting Fusion, and trying again.
