Sorry to see that you're facing this problem. This looks like a bug and should get latest updates.
Do you mind sending up the complete log files?
Help -> Support & Diagnostics ->Diagnostics log files. This will generate a zip file that you can upload.
Would you be able to invite me (Sujay<dot>dsouza<at>autodesk<dot>com) to that project?
That'll help us investigate the issue and see if there can be any workaround possible in the meantime.
