UPON SAVING A FILE TO A TEAM FOLDER, I CANT OPEN ON ANOTHER TEAM MEMBERS' ACCOUNT THAT THE FOLDER IS SHARED WITH.  I GET THE ERROR:

FUSION 360 IS UNABLE TO OPEN XYZ FILE V7.  iT MAY HAVE NOT BEEN SYNCED CORRECLY.  MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS SAVED, RESTART FUSION 360 AND TRY AGAIN.  IF IT STILL DOESNT WORK, CHECK WITH THE TROUBLE SHOOTING LINK OR GRA THE LOG FILE AND CONTACT US THROUG THE FUSION 360 HELP& SUPPOR FORUM FOR HELP.

TRIED OPENING ON ORIGINATING TEAM MEMBERS COMPUPUTER, AND IT WORKED FINE.  SAVED IT AGAIN THERE AFTER MAKING MINOR CHANGE.  THEN TRIED FOR THE 4TH TIME OPENING ON ALTERNATE TEAM MEMBER.  SAME ERROR EVERY TIME.

LOG FILE IS ATTACHED.  PLEASE HELP ME!

@rjmartinez9AR6K One of the machines is on an older build and that is the issue.

1. Per the logs you are on 2.0.16009
2. Close Fusion 360
3. Delete your current shortcut that you use to launch Fusion 360
4. Go to add/remove programs
5. Select Fusion 360- Modify
6. This will launch the Fusion service utility
7. Run " Repair Fusion 360"
8. This will take you to the latest 2.0.16488 and also create a new shortcut for you that you can use

Moving forward you should not have this issue. Hope this helps!
