Save Fila Version

I would like to know why Fusion 360 wants to save new versions after each movement of a component. In my assembly I selected the Revolute Joint for some of my components. Well, after I manipulate the components movement the Save Icon highlights prompting to save a new version. Am I applying Revolute Joints incorrectly? Is there a way to avoid saving a components movement as a new version?

Thank you,

Any component movement is a change to the design - whether from the Move Component command, component drag, or some joint exercising.  If you save, then close, those new component positions will be maintained, so it is part of the design state.  If you revert the movement, or undo, the design should not need to be saved.
