Save as copy crashing Fusion

When I try to use 'save copy as'  to save components in the attached file Fusion has crashed several times so I'm wondering if it's a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I can save a copy in other designs without a problem.

You are correct, Fusion 360 will crash if you try and Save Copy As from your attached model.  I believe this is due to all the components are using cached geometry.  If you copy and paste/new into another file, you will see the error.  From this file, you can used the Save Copy As with success.

I am not saying it is a Fusion 360 bug or not, I am just stating what I see and a workaround if you need it.

Thanks for reporting this problem and sharing the file. Yes, I can reproduce the problem and I'll log an internal defect to ask development team to take a look.

Thanks,

Steven

Thanks for your reply. I had managed to find a workaround but thought it would be good to find out if it was a bug or if I should be doing something else.
How do you know all the components are used cache geometry? I'm not sure what you mean by copy and paste, do you mean the components or the sketches? I'm not getting any error messages and haven't seen any messages about using cached geometry. The first sketch was already copied from another file.

Only asking to try to learn more, always useful to know better ways of doing things
