I've imported this STL from Aspire 8.5 and I'm looking for a way to make the ripple pattern wrap around the top edges continuously so that the ripples continue down around the sides to the base.

This is my first time Converting an STL to BRep and trying to edit features.

A .stl file converted to a BRep doesn't really have "features" as usually known in CAD software.

The triangular facets of the imported mesh have simply been converted into facets of analytic geometry, as used in CAD systems.

I would not attempt what you re trying to do in CAD software and use mesh-based software.

I've used Blender something very similar.
