Issue began in April 2021. When right-clicking, I am unable to select an option from the menu. It flashes on mouse hover, but I cannot left-click the option. Using the toolbar button works though.  See screencast for better explanation

You might want to try the process outlined in Message 29 of this forum post.  It is worth a shot.

I had this issue, so I reset all preferences to default, and it stopped flickering and I was able to use the marking menu. I was enabling settings one by one and testing, and this issue happens when I turn on high dpi scaling under preview features. I was using high dpi scaling for months with no issues. Since latest build, the marking menu issue cropped up.

@windbane that was it.   I swear I'll never take those right-click tools for granted again.  Life without them was a pain.

Gold star for you, bro.

No problem! Really is a pain to use 360 without the right click menu!

I have the same issue ever since I turned on the High Dpi scaling option. Problem is, when I turn it off, the data panel does not display well, it gets an extra border. Update: Turning High Dpi scaling again resulted in fixing both issues now... I guess we have to expect some of that with beta features. Hope it will be fixed soon though, High Dpi scaling is something I do like to use.
