Right click brings up fusion 360 title page, BUG

I have just recently switched from a single user/ professional trial subscription to a non commercial single user subscription and now whenever I open the program I will get the normal opening sequence and then when I right click 

(I have tried two different mice and the touchpad with the same result) the tools across the top remain the same and the shortcut menu comes up but the my model disappears and the work area turns white with the Fusion 360 title all the way across it, if I move the mouse around it will go back to the model but will consistently go back to a white back round with Fusion 360 across it every time I right click.  Its really distracting and makes it impossible to use effectively.

Make sure your drivers are up to date, graphics and mouse if it needs one plus do an offline reboot of the computer and fusion its sounds like graphics but it usually is black that it goes not white.
