Hi everyone! I am attempting to make the part below, see attached file. I am struggling with the rib portion of this piece.
I have created a midplane, I selected both ends of the curved surface, and when using the rib tool, it either goes beyond my intended point, or goes the entire way back through the object.
Any suggestions to get this working right?

I created a video using the Rib Tool but I believe there is a better method using the Extrude tool. I included the second method as a second part of the video. By the way, next time you ask a question about a model, please attach your model since it saves time for the Forum users and you will see it applied to your model and not mine. My model, of the section in question is attached for both methods.
