Resizing a cylinder

i have a cylinder that i have imported, how do i change the diameter from 20mm to 25mm?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

@splF6MWT - if the geometry really is a true cylinder (came from a precise format such as STP or IGES, from a precise CAD modeler, and not a mesh representation of a cylinder), then Press/Pull will allow you to do that.  But, without the design you are working with, as @TheCADWhisperer says, that is only a guess:
