REQUESTED RESOURCE NOT FOUND - WHERE IS MY FILE?

I miss the days where users had all the files stored locally. I completed a project in Fusion 360 the other day and just went to open it again to review and submit for print, and I first noticed the file wasn't where I saved it... I did finally find a complete named and rendered copy of it under recent files, but when I try and open it, I get an error saying 

Error: Failed to download file.
An error occurred: Requested resource not found

Then that recent file vanishes from the list...

WHERE IS MY FILE??????
