Request/suggestion : "Reverse Normal" as a checkbox inside surface features

Hello,

A few months ago the Combine feature has been embedded inside the Mirror feature in a "join" option. That was suggested and implemented (thanks !) because most of the time a Combine is wanted after a Mirror.

I think there is a similar situation with the Reverse Normal feature in Surface mode. It often needs to be done after some features.

Could I suggest to add a checkbox inside those features to flip the normal of the created surface at once ? (extrude, sweep, revolve, patch, etc).
Thank you.

@gamelife4dns - that is not an unreasonable suggestion.  However, I have to ask:  Under what circumstances do you care what the surface normal is?  There are only a handful of operations that even pay attention to the normal (offset/thicken), which use it to determine which offset direction is positive, and which is negative.  But, for most operations, including stitch, it doesn't matter which way the surface normal is pointing.  A lot of people will just turn off the coloring difference, by checking the "Disable Surface Normal Display" option

Why do I care ? Good question. Probably because I thought that surfaces should be well positioned to avoid issues, before stitching for example. What issues ? No idea. It was just a belief, an academic obsessional disorder to have things well ordered 😃

Thank you ! Also for the display option tip.
