Repeted cut rotate

Hi, I'm new to fusion and in my design i need holes every 36 degrees around a cylinder and was wondering how I could do it. I tries revolve but it just extrudes it around. Any help is appreciated? Thanks!

Cut one, the Create > Circular Pattern, Select Feature To Pattern, then you want 10 of them.
