Hi Autodesk community, I recently got assigned a school project which required me to re-open fusion 360. When i went to use it, it said my license was expired. I went through the renewal process and uploaded my school documents to and got approved by SheerID very fast. When i try to use fusion 360, it gives me this error screen after it tries to find my license. I already tried uninstalling, reinstalling, manual clean uninstall, using the fusion 360 tool for clean uninstalls. Ive reset my browser cookies, restarted my computer, tried everything. Still getting the same error. My case number: CaseNo:16607542

Hi @nbestauros,

That's not an install error, that's an issue on Autodesk's side that unfortunately means you have to wait for it to process. However, it shouldn't take longer than 24hrs, if so you should reach out to educational support as normal support doesn't deal with educational accounts.

I had the very same problem, and yesterday I received a letter confirming "eligible"; but access still not working.

Now I'll wait another 2 days. In case it does not work after all, then ????
