Renewal Order Submitted - Processing Taking Longer than 24hrs.

I subscribe to Fusion and it auto renews monthly, and has been fine until now. Opened my computer today and got a notification that my subscription has expired. It was due to renew on 11th Feb, and today on 27th Feb it states Renewal Pending. I've lodged a ticket, but have had no response for over 8 hrs and I really need access back to my account. I checked my bank accounts and there was sufficient funds available on the renewal day so I'm not sure why this didn't process.
Now the other options are greyed out, and I can't change the subscription type. I checked for updates to the Autodesk Access Manager, and installed updates to the sign in components, but still no improvement.
I really need access back so I can continue work, and have been locked out for 8 hrs now.
