Renewal is too expensive, got made an offer, was told it's an error.

When my monthly costs for a basic simple Fusion 1 seat plan have almost double in two years I contacted Autodesk via chat to see if there was a better offer.
I was told NO. Take it or leave it.
Then today I get an email saying I can lock in for $490 per year until 2027
When I trued to take up this offer it was not visible in my account, so I turned to the live chat and was told I should not have receievd that offer. It was sent by mistake and the extremely high price of £840 per year still stands.
I cannot afford Fusion anymore.
I tried to ask in Live chat how to raise a complaint about being sent an email offering something that is not available, but the live chat agent just diverted me with every tactic until I ran out of time and had to go. I still do not know how to loidge a formal complaint.
Bye bye fusion. I cannot afford you anymore.
