Renewal in March yet subscription shows expired!!

I require immediate help. How do I find out how to fix this! fusions phone support is non existent.

 

We have payed the renewal fee yet the subscription still shows as expired!

 

I'm getting tired of this software's junior level support especially in light of the ever increasing costs!!

Yes, I finally got through and resolved the problem using the chat utility.

 

I will say though that I find it very frustrating that there is no in person phone support.

 

I have an outstanding extensions issue from 3 weeks ago that is currently being bounced around via email and every time it gets transferred to a new support department, I have to start all over again like it's first contact with Autodesk.

 

When something goes wrong I need to be able to resolve it immediately. This is a business, not a for funzies get to it whenever situation.
