Rendering Motion Study Issue

I've had this issue with other motions study renders. The issue is that I set up a motion study, and it looks fine when I play it in the motion study render, but then it completely messes it up when I render it.

The first attached video (Motion Study) is a screen capture of the motion study which shows shat I'm wanting to render. The other video (Bad Render) is the rendered motion study. You can clearly see that it didn't render correctly.

I've wasted so many credits on these renders (and it's already so expensive)! Can anyone help me figure out why my motion study isn't translating correctly in the render?

Hello @karina.harper , I continue to have issues with rendering. Any ideas on moving forward with this?

Thank you.

Hey @brysonwhitedesign

I don't have a great answer on this. To me it looks like the motion study is giving the same results as what we saw a year ago. The ticket I logged on this (RAAS-17141) is still open. I just reached out to the owner to let them know this is still a problem.

There are some great rendering specific softwares out there that you might look into if this kind of thing is of consistently high value to you.

Cheers,

Karina

This is actually a different assembly than the one we were looking at before, but it does appear to be the same issue.

The still and video rendering is something that I need, and it would be great if it would work consistently. Do you have any specific examples of rendering software that you might recommend?

Thank you.

Ah, I see. Well if you want to send me the file (or create a support case and mention that ticket number) we can add it to the ticket.

I'm not 100% sure on a video rendering software, but I think 3DS Max or Maya in the ADSK suite will do what you're going for. Not sure!
