Render with custom material yellow chequer board

Hi, 

created some of my own custom appearances, and used some textures from here:

When performing "in-canvas" - all is ok.

When local render - yellow chequer board appears.

I used the 2k texture maps etc. ... but then reworked the images to create 1k verstions ... and still got the chequer board result.

Help ?

Sorry - one more clarifying point - Cloud render (standard) seems ok.
