Render settings window doesn't work

Can't render my model.

When I open RENDER SETTINGS window, I can't click any button in it.

It's stuck in Custom settings with Cloud Renderer and Final render quality.

No buttons work. Can change no parameters or click "Render".

I have the same issue. Render settings opens but the only thing that I can click on is Close.

I open the files on any other of my computers and render settings works fine.
