Render que time expected 10 minutes takes up to 2 hrs waiting time (paid subscriber)

At the moment I've to render several images from my drawings for a project. 
First I do an low quality render to see if everything is alright and then the big one.
But especially the low quality render takes ages of waiting time, it tells when I start waiting time is about 10 minutes but most of the time (last week or so) its almost up to 2 hours for a low quality render. This is losing me a lot of time especially as I need to deliver a project by the end of today so can't keep waiting for this extreme delays.

I'm assuming you mean cloud rendering here.

Is it possible you are rendering something with more reflections or transparency that might add to the rendering time?

One way to compare the cloud rendering time is to compare it with local rendering time. Have you tried that? If it renders locally in a few minutes, but takes 2 hours on the cloud, please let me know.
