Render issues since the update (shadows, cloud rendering doesn't start, hidden objects appear)

Hi @ all,

Since the last Update (installment) of Fusion, I am confronted with numerous render issues.

At first I realized that within a assembly rendering multiple hidden components and bodies didn't appear in Live rendering but in did so in cloud renderings.

In Addition all shadows were missing (In Live Rendering it was okay).

Since the weekend I can't even start cloud renderings. when starting the rendering the window disappears and nothing happens. No entry in render gallery etc.

I was so amazed by the quick workflow of fusion rendeings. Since the issues it is just a real pain.

Best Regards

I added some cutted images due to sensible data.

It shows the missing shadows in Cloud rendering. The noisier image is the same setting in live rendering.

Unfortunately, that won't help me to troubleshoot the problem.

Would you be able to share the data with an Autodesk Employee?

Unfortunately, I have just a student license.

In this File I figured out, that there is an issue with the ground floor height. It is always deeper than the rest of the data and raising or lowering in the scenery settings doesn't have any influence. It simply stays that deep. What helped, was putting a big solid underneath everything but this I am not able to get bright enough. Even with rgb 255 255 255 it stays too grayish. Using png, of course the shadows on the floor are missing.

Any hint or idea to get the floor up?

With added white solid:

Without solid, just using the "render floor":

Can you share that design?

If so, export as a .f3d file and attach to the next post. That can be done with any license BTW.
