Here is a Screencast on how to embed one in your post.

Ok:

I am trying your way to attach a screencast.  I had the same result trying to embed a screencast in the original.  Here it goes...

Nope.  Maybe my system.  I'll reboot & try again.

Pick up the URL of the Screencast and insert that using the link icon or just attach it.

Different computer, trying again.  Nope.  Videos made by two different computers and attached by two different computers.  No luck...

Ignore this post, I am using it to create the Screencast to show you how to attach a URL.

Okay here is a guess.  Maybe you can't link a video that say's "pending"?  I'm trying an older video.  Nope.  Well I've tried everything I know with no luck.

Below is the Screencast I created showing how to capture a Screencast URL and attach it to a post.  It is really hard to make a Screencast of using the Screencast application since it does not like recording itself.  You will see a jump in the video which is when I tried to show how to find your Screencast contributions if you do not receive the notification email, which I do every time.  A screen capture of that icon I refer to is below.  You mentioned Pending showing up on the contributions page ignore it, just proceed.

Booyah that worked!  Do you have any input regarding the render environment question?

You seem to be trying to drag the environment into the model.  I think you need to use the commands to assign it to the render.  Take a look at the Screencast.
