RENAMING SKETCHES AND BODY'S NOT SAVING

Not sure where to go to throw out issues with software. I have been a fusion 360 user for the last 2 years being a small business owner and this being my 9th software I have used for modeling and programing cnc Equpment. This software has been very stable until recently. I use this on a daily basis and has been trying my patience. (There have been times in the past where I uninstall and re install, may have to do again) One cork that drives me up the wall is re-naming sketches and bodies take 10 times and a song and a dance to keep the name that you give it. I have been doing these programs that I am working on for this customer for over a year and do 50 to 100 programs a month since I started do this. This just recently became a problem. I am having an array of problems lately. The other problems I have not narrowed down to fusion or the modeler as of yet. But will give feedback soon as I find out. Hope this is the correct channel to do so.

Have a nice day, Jeff Vogel

Can you demonstrate the problems with renaming a sketch?  I just tried it, and it seemed to work OK for me, but this is a very simple model.

New Fusion 360 user here. I have the same issue. Renaming by clicking on it in the browser appears like it will let you rename it, but when you hit enter, it reverts.

Seems like a bug to me.

Any update on this?

Experiencing this same bug. What's up? Trying to rename body and a few seconds after I hit enter, the body reverts back to its old name.

@Phil.E I can't really reproduce this, but I have seen this in my own models as well. I am not sure this is a known problem, but I have seen other reports here on the forum.

What OS? Has the computer been restarted lately?

I'm asking because without the ability to reproduce the problem, there is no possibility of a fix. This is not common, nor reproducible on demand. So, I need to narrow down the possibilities and look for ways to reproduce the effect while debugging.

I'll keep an eye out and see if I come across a situation where it occurs.

Does this happen for you 100% of the time, or only after some time using Fusion? I'm looking for a way to reproduce the effect you are seeing.
