Removing an angled section from a cylinder

I'm sure someone will find this painfully simple, but I'm struggling.

I have a cylinder and need to remove a section at an angle from one face but not across the whole face.

Essentially, the cylinder has a central axial borehole, and I need to remove, at an angle, a wedge running from the face, 2mm from the tangent of the borehole, to a distance of 'x' along one side of the cylinder.

I'm guessing it has something to do with an angled plane and something like the draft tool, but I can't figure it out.

All help is gratefully received.

Thanks.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

No angled planes are needed.
